i was lucky enough to find this spectacular new shop out at the PARIS FLEA MARKETS!!!

VANITY LIFESTYLE-has so much amazing stuff, honestly i didn't see one wrong note. two floors in a lovely renovated warehouse space-from it's paint color-it's merchandising-it's wall of botanical sketches-it was all so lovely-lovely lighting and infectious playlist-if it wasn't so cold in Paris it would have been quite the spot to hang out in and shop and more like me-get inspired!!!

ps-it's all about the scale-pay attention!

Nooch, on his way back from Art Basel Switzerland, tore this page from an in flight magazine knowing i would like it-he knows me very well.

i also saw a great documentary on Massai warriors while i've been here and remembered these Herb Ritts photographs;

I saw these and decided i wanted the plaids and patterns on these tees to be hand painted in an uneven manner like these boxes were taped!!

Inspired by my first meeting with the incredible artist, Scooter LaForge, New Years Eve in San Francisco many years ago-he arrived to a party in a slim jean jacket with attached fur collar-left quite a first impression!! i've been playing with pocket bags since i don't know from when and like to show them as a design detail frequently-i think it's the hobo in me-here as decorative and functional detail in a scarf...
